Another great benefit of purchasing Canadian made custom upholstery is that you can make it your own by selecting from 100's of designer fabrics.  You can also choose a correlating for toss cushions and accent cushions.  You can select soft, medium or firm seat cushions to suit your personal comfort level.  You can select the colour of stain for legs and any show wood.

Quality Sofa Story

   All arms are thickly padded and the arm frames themselves are solidly built, not only for comfort but also for structural integrity.

If you choose a style with studding, all studs are individually applied by hand (strip studding is never used on any of their studded furniture).  This ensures each stud is securely fastened.  Choice of colour for optional small nail studs on arm or body face are available in Pewter, Antique Brass, Brass, Gold, Graphite or Nickel finish.

Only premium foam, feather, or polyester fibre cushion fillings are used that are both supportive and comfy. You can select soft, medium or firm seat cushions to suit your personal comfort level.

   Any quality sofa needs a well-made frame that will allow it to maintain its overall shape and integrity. The frame is the skeleton that keeps every part of the sofa together, and for that reason it is incredibly important that it is strong and robust — able to stand up to everyday use without compromising on comfort. 

Traditional timber frame methods are the best choice for manufacturing a high-quality piece of enduring furniture.  Only select maple or birch hardwood are used in all upholstered frames.  All major construction joints within the frames are both glued and dowelled, with the addition of strengthening screwed corner blocks in vital areas. All seating is sprung with 8 gauge No-Sag sinuous spring construction.  Five springs per seat, plus a unique SLing Spring on all sofa/loveseats providing extra support on either end ensures comfort and enduring resiliency.

Construction

  • ALL styles incorporate luxurious eco-friendly foam and are manufactured without CFCs, using highly resilient 1.8 lb to 2.5 lb density.  Choose from soft, medium or firm seating on any style.

  • Frame Construction is manufactured from select air-dried Canadian maple or birch.

  • All Stress joints are double-doweled, glued, stapled & screwed rails for warp free stability.

  • All seating is sprung with 8 gauge No-Sag sinuous spring construction.  Five springs per seat, plus a unique SLing Spring on all sofa/loveseats providing extra support on either end.

  • Seat and back springs are attached to the hard wood frame with poly-resin spring clips to prevent metal on metal squeaking, corrosion and premature wear.

  • Upholstered back cushions have unique channeled backs and are filled with siliconized fiber, preventing flattening or shifting.  All toss cushions, inside backs and seat cushions are zippered.

  • Seat decks are fully covered with body fabric and padded demonstrating attention to detail.

  • Lifetime limited warranty on all wood frame construction 

  • Lifetime limited warranty on spring construction 

  • Five year limited warranty on foam cushions 

  • Three year limited warranty on sofa-bed mechanism

  • Two year limited warranty on leather 

  • One year limited warranty on fabric, vinyl, bi-cast leather and workmanship. 

  • One year limited warranty on mattress, metal swivel base and exposed show wood parts.
